Jason Britt - President & Founder
Jason began his career in home building following in his father’s footsteps that began in the transportation of pre-fabricated homes. A native of Granbury, TX, he saw early on in his adult life that Granbury was becoming a popular destination for weekenders coming from Dallas and Ft. Worth to spend time on Lake Granbury. Jason then realized there could be a substantial market for new quality homes at affordable prices to meet the surge in residential demand. Twenty years ago Premier Homes was born and today the company has opened and developed residential communities in dozens of locations throughout multiple counties Southwest of Ft. Worth. Jason loves to travel in his RV, hunt, fish and spend time with his kids and family usually at a sporting event.

Justin Favors

Superintendent

 jfavors@premierhomes-tx.com

Justin Favors joined Premier Homes in October of 2019 as a superintendent. Justin grew up in Granbury and attended Granbury High School. He has been working in construction, in one form or another, his entire life. At one point in his construction career he spent a couple years in Aspen, Colorado as a Trim Carpenter and Superintendent. He says while he lived there he became quite fond of snowboarding. When his dreams of becoming a professional snowboarder didn’t pan out he headed back to his beloved home state of Texas.

When Justin moved back to Granbury he worked for MCC Design Build and helped build the Hilton in Granbury. In 1999 he started his own Interior Trim Company, Double JD Construction. His company was one of the sub-contractors used in preserving dozens of historical court houses all around Texas including the Hood County Courthouse.

Justin is a family man and has 3 children Kaylee 25, Blake 21 and Kirsten 18. He also has 2 dogs and 2 cats. Justin loves anything to do with the outdoors but mostly enjoys golf, watching Lonesome Dove and riding Harleys. Not doing all three at once of course.
