Moving from Midland, TX, we were looking to downsize and find a new home in Granbury, TX. We found the home we fell in love with from the first moment we drove up and walked around inside. It had a nice bright kitchen and open living room with three bedrooms and a backyard that was surrounded by a well-designed solid brick fence. It’s been our home for over 5 years now and we love how well our Premier Home was built.

When we first came to Granbury to look at homes, our salesperson Gary took us through a variety of communities and our first impression upon seeing various Premier Homes was that there was something wrong with the price. The prices were way too low compared to what we were seeing in our home town of Seattle, WA! We couldn’t believe we could get so much square footage and such a quality construction and finish out for the prices Premier Homes was quoting. It turned our that Premier Homes offered many standard features such as spray foam insulation and flooring and appliance packages that were all upgrades with other local builders. We’ve had our home going on three years now and we couldn’t be happier with our selection of Premier Homes as our home builder and with Granbury, Texas as our retirement destination.

We wanted to find a new home preferably near a golf course and Granbury offered a number of good options to find that. We looked at many different builders in several communities, and we kept finding that the homes we most admired were ones being built by Premier Homes. Our choice was made on the community, our floor plan was finalized, and we chose just the right interior selections to meet our needs on a lot just a short walk from the golf course. After moving in and living in our new home for just over a year, we walked into another new home in the same community being built by Premier Homes and fell in love with too! We sold our home that Premier built just a year before and moved into another Premier Home! We can truly say with confidence that Premier Homes not only built one home for us, but we ended up with a second home from Premier and in both experiences, we were thrilled with the quality and great customer support we received buying both homes!

We wanted to find a weekend home to get away with our family, especially during the summer months and we chose Granbury to be on the lake. Gary not only helped us find the perfect lot, but he also found the perfect floor plan that we loved. Our building superintendent Matt was extremely helpful during the construction process as we were living outside of Texas and couldn’t always be on site. With Premier Homes, their software program allowed us to see in real time all of the work being done on the house and pictures were regularly uploaded for us to see. It made the entire new home construction process seamless and like we were right there in person! We love our home away from home and really appreciate the quality, time and commitment Premier Homes gave us to realize our dreams.
