What is Highland Park Bay?

Highland Park Bay is an unmistakably Texan community built for those 55 and better. Beautifully placed between the banks of Lake Granbury and the renowned Harbor Lakes Golf Course in the charming town of Granbury. Designed to change the way baby boomers envision retirement, we surveyed many in the area to find out what they wanted in a 55 & better community.

How many homes will be in Highland Park Bay?

There will be 9 waterfront homes – built on the last 9 available lots on the Fort Worth (north) side of Lake Granbury.  There will also be 100 homes that fit the mold of those that shared their vision of the perfect community.

Are all residents required to be over 55? Who is allowed to live at Highland Park Bay?

The primary occupant of the home is required to be 55 years old or older, however, the homes additional occupants may be 19 years or older. Guests 18 years old and younger are invited to stay at the community for 45 days out of the year. Within these 45 days, only 30 days may be a consecutive stay.

What about common areas?

The beautiful Clubhouse will be available to meet for games, cards, and other get-togethers, as well as available to reserve for your special events.  There will be a wonderful work-out room, and outdoor game area as well!

Where is the closest medical facility?

State-of-the-art medical providers are located a short distance away including Lake Granbury Medical Center, Baylor Surgicare Center, Baylor Scott & White, and a long list of outstanding medical providers within minutes.  Fort Worth is only 45 minutes away.

HOA?

The HOA fees are currently $95 per month and include landscape maintenance of common areas and weekly mowing of your front yard. Although we do not anticipate the monthly assessment to increase more than what inflation dictates, it is not a fixed rate.
